Russia has not been putting pressure on the Czechs by reducing oil supplies nor have done so to the Ukraine. They have been putting pressure on the Ukraine by reducing gas supplies from time to time. McCain has got things wrong, what if he starts reliving the Cold War or World War Two in his head, and his judgment and actions would be based on this...
