@burdetteboy9182 No your g-pa didn't buy you what you described. 91 Trans Am had either a 305 or a 350 from the factory. 454s are actually kind of rare and are a chevy motor and were never available in the Pontiac line up. If you don't know what a blower is well then how can your 454 be blown? A blower is that big vacuum cleaner looking thing sticking out of the hood of the car with the two 4 barrel carburetors sitting on it. Let me guess, you don't know what a carburetor is?

Holy cow thats a loud fuel pump. Put an air cleaner on that engine, that blower is sucking in a ton of air and dirt with it.

Yep fuel pump, even the rubber isolators i have between the pump and the chassis rail still dont "isolate" it much.
