why can't you use robots? it would be much saffer, and faster.
you could use:
- a spider robot: just a camera and a winch.
- a remote control helicopter with camera
- a remote control car when the blade is horizontal
- a robot with suction discs

The music was for Bjorn. I have 70 min of footage to edit some time and some footage taken looking up and dow at the inspection.

I'm OK with heights as I paraglide. Not tried any video editing befor so I'm not sure about Elements
