Why does the United States still have capital punishment?Those on death row are usually poor and therefore had few resources for their defense. Innocent people have been executed. If you don't like it move to England. We've got something called federalism here and everybody can make up their own mind. We had a case (1976) called Gregg v. Georgia and said it's constitutional (it reversed Furman v. Georgia [1972]) which outlawed the death penalty. Why don't you get off your high horse and move to a country that represents your values. I'm sure you're the kind of do-gooder that'll stab a friend in the back. I've met many people like you.
I hope Ronnie gets set free, there are way too many old people stinking the place up. Are you seriously going to go through the runs of getting that guy off death row, just so he can rot in jail? People Throw away Perfectly good Animals at the pound, Why cant we get rid of broken people? You know there is going to be a point when you cant Raise taxes any higher to pay for all this Bureaucracy we are supporting.
