People don't act "greenly" because they don't really believe that it will do anything... and they're very right. Nothing we do will stop global warming because the sun is doing most of the heating not us.
I think BCers need to get rid of these stupid carbon taxes before we all get screwed over by our government. If people want to be environmental, go ahead. No one is stopping you.
Don't force people to support something they don't believe in.
