Chavez is a good honest man. The oil belongs to the Venezuelan people, and the echelons of the upper class in North and South America especially the oil corporations hate that. That's why the CIA made a failed attempt at ousting him from office back in '06, but were unable to because of Chavez' overwhelming support.
