  • I just saw Oliver Stone's new colorful movie "South of the Board" .

    It was electric.

Makes me wants to go visit Venezuela.

What is at stake here in Latin America?

The whole future of the world.

    YOutube: paul8kangas

  • the walk consisted of torture, being thrown into ditches covered by leaves and boards, fingernails being rippd off for example the rest is too gruesome for youtube, and a diet of water and beans. he was released 9months after being held captive and already a "down payment" of 180thousand dollars, the reason he got away

  • This idiot chavez SPONSORS guerrilla warefare in south america. so you know what guerrilla warefare is? well technically "rebellion against the government" but honestly it IS NOT like that. take a personal example, my grandfather is 85 years old he was kidnapped by the guerilla when he was 78and held captive for an original ramsom of 250thousand dollars, DOLLARS NOT PESOS. they made him walk from Cali, Bucaramanga,

  • so really mr.stone your an idiot. second a red tie? really you think you bolivar too? that idiot chavez has been on a mission to reestablish bolivar's original dream "El Gran Colombia"; which consists of 4 countries; Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Panama. this idiot swears he is Bolivar and is the new liberator of the people from the "empire" (being united states).

  • wow, really oliver stone just lost ALL my respect. first off who do you think you are? you have NO CLUE to what goes on in south america, all americans are in their own little bubble until they get attacked and the bubble pops and they get involved,

  • VENEZUELA Get ready for regime change and conspiracys.

    The sword of Domiciles!

  • One of the biggests problems here in south america is the midia. Always deffending the rich elites intrests.

We will only have true democracy here when the midia is democratized.

  • Oliver Stone, you just lost all my respect. You now own a good chunk of money that belongs to the increasingly poor venezuelan people. Shame on you, go to hell

  • BOTH coups were for that reason, Mr. Oil. Yours and theirs. Every disgrace that has ever happened to Vzla, which includes you, is because of Fucking Oil. Bloody Sheik with a costume.

  • Maybe Stone needs new points of attention, Chavez is an excellent way to make money.

  • Naive. Stupidly naive and misinformed Mr. Stone view of South America. Taking to a hole new level the Conspiracy Theory that he has on every subject envolving any sort of government.

The day that Chavez become a good honest man I bet that the rotation of the earth is gonna spin toward Mars.

  • Chavez is a good honest man. The oil belongs to the Venezuelan people, and the echelons of the upper class in North and South America especially the oil corporations hate that. That's why the CIA made a failed attempt at ousting him from office back in '06, but were unable to because of Chavez' overwhelming support.

You're the conspiracy theorist who claims Chavez is an evil dictator communist or whatever, because there's no evidence to back it up.

  • The Venezuelan people adore Chavez because he represents them and is hated by American private interests because he refuses to become another one of their puppets. Just like every other South American leader throughout modern history.

  • 2004 - New referendum with midia control and fraud accusations.

2005 - Disappropriation of "improductive lands" and "latifunds".

    2006 - Re-elected. Again with fraud accusations.

2007 - Again state appropriation of telecom and electricity chains. New 18 months to govern by decrets. Diplomatics confronts with Uribe of Colombia and a memorable quote from king Juan of Spain "Why don't you shut up?".

2008 - Once more state appropriation of cement chain e the biggest steel company of the country.

  • 2009 - Completing 10 years in power he gets the approval in a referendum for ilimited re-elections with massive apaccusations of media control and government money appropriation.

Yeah, maybe he is an honest man indeed. It's all conspiracy of the "Rich and developed countries" (sic).

    Best regards.

  • I love Stone, and Chavez is a good honest man.

  • What a waste of time, Mr. Stone. When do you ask about why we do believe than Chavez is a enemy of this country.. probably is because you never hear none of that prick speeches.. .insulting and threatening America. Too sad to see O. Stone became a puppet. I have no intention to spend a single dime on that so call "documentary".

  • Why, because if Oliver Stone would live in Cuba, he will be singing another song.............

  • Great Shame~

  • Couldn't agree more.A great shame for O. Stone. Hollywood is known after all for having sort of a tendency towards leftist populism.

Many people aalso wonder how much Stone gets payed for being such a clown.

    Shame on you, Stone!

  • Ugh :(

  • I heard he's co-starring in a remake of "Three Amigos" with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Kim Jong Il.

  • Obama can play as Chavez's co-star.

  • LOL....!!!!!
