one thing i would like is a Guild Hall. Make it (i havent played this game in years so dont judge me) the housing portals in Runescape or a Dungeon Instance. You enter the instance and u're teleported to your Guild Hall.

I wonder if some level of democracy could overcome the GL omnipotence issue; with G-Kicking requiring a certain number of votes from active guild members to do (and a GL gets a bit more voting power than the others, say 2 votes for every 10 active members). Just have a look on the reputation of the guild... if everbody is fair to each other, then you shouldn´t get into any trouble... and if you still do, think about your behaviour.

I by myself run the guildlead, and NOBODY has to be scared or something like that.

There are a lot of things there that can really prevent people who abuse guilds for their own gain and leave when they got it all. Downside is that I think that new guilds will have trouble finding players as everybody wants to be in the guilds that really manifested themselves. I also fear that new players will have more trouble finding a guild. So I've mixed feelings on this whole thing.
