  • Those are walleye bud, not pickerel, you can tell by the mouth shape.

  • Ya, I know. Pickerel (Chain and Redfin) are actually related to Pike, and look more like them. Walleye are related to none of those. But, apperently, for some reason, alot of "English Speaking Canadians" refer to Walleye as Pickerel. I usually call them Walleye, but when I'm around others that don't, I slip once in a while.

    Tks for the comment

  • GREAT family time bro...

  • Good fun for the kids.

  • great to see someone sharing the beauty of fishing to his kids and oh yeah nice fish you caught too!

  • Awesome! What are great day fishing? What Lake is that?

  • It's a very small lake close to the northern border of BC. It has several names, Sandy Lake is one of the most common names given to it.

  • i caught a 16in pikerel yesterday with dad

  • One of the finest eating fish I have ever caught,

What did you think of it?

  • why do the fish just float at the top and spin around...i dont get it, why arent they fighting back?

  • They do fight, but by the time you see them in the vid they are pretty much played out. I use light line (6lb), so we can't just drag them in.

  • ohh okay

  • who takes a helmet cam fishing, hahaha, some nice fishes though

  • No helmet, just the cam, works pretty good don't ya think?
