"Flatten that raised 7th back to the natural minor. 7th." LOL, What if you are in a key sig. Where that raised 7th is going to be from a natural to a sharp!!!!!! If you "Flatten" It then you are gonna be screwed. i think you meant lower it :P Good lesson ^^
Very interesting I am currently studying the Harmonic Minor, and I am looking to learn how to properly use it. This video has been great help but I wanna know if you have any advice for someone studying this scale.ROCK ON.
GRATZ! lol That last line should go down in history man. lol i loved it. Thanks a lot also i'm advanced but I never heard of the reverting lol. Learned everything myself. I love how much into detail you go to teach Starters though man. Would have been nice to see this video 2 years ago ROFL. Keep rocking man.

dont you hate it when like your watching a AWESOME guitar video and people just ask about what kind guitar they have instead of scales or anything.

Would you recommend focusing on the caged format for scales (5 patterns) or three note per string scale patterns?

nice video, thanks. on a side note: holy crap, how can you take so much fret buzz? i guess the low action compensates for it, but i can't take it.

You've probably heard it a million times in music that you listen to but you don't realize it.

you are saying that i can use both in the same chord progression master??
Lubial 2 years ago
Depending on what the chord progression is, yes. You may have to change a chord due to the 7th though, but that's another story.
