@Chris56Y I have been trying to find out what I would actually need in a PA court (ie: how old the water sample can be, specifics on soil testing, how to test air) so I can get this done now before they start drilling (which they are planning to do very soon all around me). PA refuses to compile or disclose any actual info that would prove a case against the energy companies. If your well is greater than 1k feet from a well, and gets poisoned, your simply "fracked". I only wish that the people of Susquehanna County, PA would wake the frack up and demand stronger regulations (since there seems no way to stop it), but it seems that here, people are just blinded by the new shiny cars from their signing bonuses, and don't bother to think about when their water is gone, their children coughing up blood, and their animals start dying. In the attached video you can see six cats or so with obvious nerve damage, as well as claims of many dead animals, as well as photos of the owner of the property with severe leg rash, as well as reports of serious respiratory problems. It's obviously an incredibly dirty risky technology.
I would urge you to maintain resources adequate to investigate claims of abuse, and to prosecute violations which endanger the citizens of North Dakota.

@Chris56Y I have been trying to find out what I would actually need in a PA court (ie: how old the water sample can be, specifics on soil testing, how to test air) so I can get this done now before they start drilling (which they are planning to do very soon all around me). PA refuses to compile or disclose any actual info that would prove a case against the energy companies. If your well is greater than 1k feet from a well, and gets poisoned, your simply "fracked". Any suggestions?

They are fine. 99% of the ppl up there are fine. Gas companies? They are doing us a service, trying to help us be independent on our own gas/oil and helping lower prices for you and me. @kmeccat It's not that easy to just leave. No one will want to buy a property that has a big drilling site set up nearby, especially with obviously polluted air and water. This woman can't runaway and leave her farm, and obviously nobody is listening. There's more proof that fracking causes damage besides this one video, do some research.

Actually, I've done plenty of research, as I live in Upstate NY which is being threatened by fracking--and I head my towns anti fracking committee. I still say I would at the very LEAST gather my animals and kids up and move them AWAY from the pollution perhaps move in with friends or relatives at least temporarily. While she won't be able to sell, she can still move out...much like the people in Fukishima had to. Very sad.
No one and nothing should have to live in a toxic area.

Yes, I feel horrible for these people BUT I must say those animals NEED TO GET TO A VET if they havent been already to make sure that it is not a disease being spread among them and is indeed the chemical. If it is the chemicals, YOU NEED TO GET THOSE ANIMALS OUT OF THERE!! Save them. I am absolutely sickened by the fact that those cats are being watched and videotaped suffering and dying!
