The whole Full Throttle soundtrack was made by The Gone Jackals (a biker's band, how cool is that?).

This song's called "Chitlins, Whiskey & Skirt".

But I'm happy it's kinda hidden, so no copyright can take it away from us! (Precious!)

This was one of the first times that I realized that country music is awesome. No joke, this one background tune from a fairly obscure game from an unfortunately obscure genre -- and i still get that line in my head every now and then, what with my mama's face dripping down int o the dirt -- and still chasing chitlins (well, ok, pork rinds in my case), whiskey (yeah), and skirt (yeah).

Chitlins, Whiskey and Skirt has nothing to do with the Gone Jackals. They're Chicago musicians that had a friend at LucasArts back in the day and got the chance to make the song. That voice is Matt Spiegel currently of Tributosaurus. The other two are Matt's brother Jon and John Rice.

Its by the " gone jackals " form the album " bone to pick " . ( You can also see it in the Full Throttle credits )

If you paid attention to the credits, it said "Increased Chances" by Chitlins, Whiskey & Skirt. No crossreference is ever made to the Gone Jackals except when crediting songs used in the game.

I believe, if not the Gone Jackals by themselves, a member of the Gone Jackals was credited with helping to write the song. I don't know if it was ever featured on "Bone to Pick", but if it was a Gone Jackals song, why say it was by anyone else?
