2% shoot...Paypal is 5% and Google merchant is even higher. It is expensive to be in business. People are ignorant to the responsibility, time, and effort that go into running a business. When you start factoring in issues like oversea shipping (which by the way is outlandishly high), U.S. customs fees (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc they all charge a fee for going overseas), shipping costs to the consumer, and packaging fees. The profit you make is minimal, as a small business in the U.S. it is tough.
Regarding chargebacks, isn't there time frame to dispute your chargebacks on your merchant account? I used to handled chargeback and chargeback reversals for many years. A lot of merchants are also connected electronically so that can get the chargeback notices and not depend on mail. Was wondering if that's still the case.

Fuel, customs... depending on the country there are numerous fees... people don't realize it not just like mailing a letter. Thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Aldi charges us to borrow a cart until we return it. At every other grocery store you may see a sign that says,"in order to keep prices down return cart." Leaving carts in lot will cause damage to other cars and the.company will charge more on grocery to re cop. Running a business is no joke. If people don't.like my. prices they're not my clientele. I understand you well. Like I said thumbs up!

I am soo, soooo glad you did this video...I have been selling my soaps way cheaper than anyone else to see how they would do and I truly believe that people won't buy because the price is low so they think the quality is not the same as others who have the same product...I have been asked why I sold it so low too...lol...but if the prices were higher then you will have them complaining...I think they understand, they just don't care, they trying to get something for nothing...
