Good question. Not too much character wise. Laura and Meno from the first movie are in this one, but they are played by other actors. It is supposed to take place quite a few years after the first one (close to 18). It was made by the same company that made the first one.

It's a sequel mostly because it's another look at the theme of the first one, i.e. Price of the American Dream. This time in New Mexico.

Brian, thanks for asking. The final mix is being done at this moment. I believe the release is set for February. Then, I believe, you can find it at Walmart, Blockbuster, or Best Buy to name a few. Amazon should also have it.

The movie takes place in New Mexico. And most of the actors are from New Mexico. And most of the songs. AND Cuete Yeska's "Baby Girl" is in the sound track. Great song.
