I live in Ottawa and we are picking it up in Ogdensburg NY which is about a one hour drive so it isn't to bad. We have friends in that area also so the trip will be worth while either way. o and thanks a ton for mentioning the program you use for editing I'll look into getting it as soon as possible.

just ordered the first gen vado Hd from amazon for $120 only problems is i have to drive to the boarder to pick it up hehe ( i live in canada and they wouldnt ship cameras outside the US for some reason )

Ow, that is a pain. I paid $229 plus shipping but at a lower price of $120, the trip should be worth it.
I used to date a girl from London, Ontario, Canada. I'd fly into Detroit and she'd come over the border and pick me up.
I hope you get good service from it. I've been using Pinnacle 14 HD to edit, like in the video above, but there may be others that are better.

Wow! the Vado HD is a great little camera. I was going to get a Flip, but I think I changed my mind. BTW...that park is awesome, too. I'm envious.

Skippy, I bought a Flip HD at the same time I bought the Creative Vado HD. No comparison, the Creative Vado HD owns it.
