No, it's the third time. In Honey I Shrunk the Kids, Dianne faints after Wayne tells her that he shrunk the kids and took them out with the trash, and after he tells the police that they're in the back yard. In Honey I Blew Up the Kid, Wayne ran into Dianne, whom he was trying to avoid, and is forced to tell her that he accidentally shot Adam with the growth ray, and she faints. In this one Dianne faints when Wayne tells her that he accidentally shrunk all four of them. That's three times.
