I remember back in 2000 or 2001 me and my brother were in Toronto and were fortunate to walk right into the Garden, for some reason one of the doors was unlocked and there were a group of people standing out in the middle of where the rink was...Didn't get far but just a quick peak in the front concource and through where the glass was behind where one of the nets would have been. Banners were still in the rafters I remember

It's a shame. Maple Leaf Gardens, Montreal Forum, Chicago Stadium, Boston Gardens all had a better and more unique hockey feel to them. The ACC is just awful, Le Centre Bell is so steep that if you fell from a high seat, yer going all the way down.

Im a huge leafs fan, living in england and i wish i could of been at this game. I brought the match day programme from this game, and also the first one from the acc, last year on ebay, and i cherish them and will never sell them.Maple leaf gardens was(and still is) a special place. This video is awesome, i reaily enjoyed it. I stood outside and touched the gardens once and it was an incredible experience. I get all emotional when i think and talk about this beautiful and special building.
