Bottom line: if, as you say, it is infeasible for a corporation to run an "all you can eat" Internet service, then I say let President Obama make proper use of the Constitution's Taking Clause, have the government take over the Internet "highways" from the corporations, and invite open source communities to maintain, develop, and advance them. My disagreement is that you seem to see the Internet as a corporate asset upon which the world is free-loading. I prefer to make literal the "superhighway" metaphor of the Internet. The roads of this nation are public -- owned by no corporation. This public ownership of the roads has enabled the rapid transformation of American society over the past couple of centuries. What you say is true, but me and many people that cant affort to pay for this service just want to keep what its supposed to be free and neutral without having to take budget from my food or rent (remember that not all of us live in countries that pay for your work the amount you would consider fair). This is a space where i can watch the world and learn new things everyday from people kinnda what you just did with this video, you just tought me something new, and you didnt do it for money.
