you might be pleased to know that I am working on a 3ball routine that is almost 5min long with approx 90 tricks. I have the routine memorized already but I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get it in ONE take with no drops...

Have you tried 5 mills mess, it's pretty easy to get into from 5 reverse cascade. ;)

Very nice juggling.

Try to move the hands vertically as well to get some horizontal throws with some width.

Also, front to back and back to front weaved into the patterns with a flow is supernice.

You could also try to juggle within a limited space, using walls and ceilings as well.

God stuff dude you got those hot box variations down pat man nice 1 :) I agree with steve on your 5 ball pattern...touch higher, and while doing that keep the cross point kinda low around eye level....you'll love how that looks and feels. This bit of advice helped my 5 ball pattern a lot!

Hmm, that bit of information about 5 balls will be very useful. I kinda suck at 5 balls, the pattern looks so ugly. Your advice is pretty good, I will definitely try it.

You'll get it just keep that cross point in your mind the whole way through until it goes on it's own :)
