to me praise dance is all about how the music make you feel and how to show God that feeling. if people whens to wave flags to God let them. thats how they can comunicate with him.

Praise dance seems like nothing but entertainment. Where N the word did any1danced N waved flags? THe only dancing I C N the bible was spontaneous there were no rehearsals no1 taught/ choreographed there was no meet us on the Sabbath @ the 4th watch N see us dance. That a show not ministry. I do know that pagan/cult worshippers do it this way. We can not just make up stuff and say we'll just praise God w/this it's just not bible. Plz look N2 this. Even have ur pastor respond to me plz God bless.
@SINGUNTO , people praise GOD in a number of different ways. What the Bible DOES say about worship is that those of us who worship must do it in "spirit and in truth".
I lead the praise dance ministry at my church, but I do not choreograph them, GOD speaks to me just like He does to Pastors, Teachers, Musicians.
GOD speaks to people in different ways, if it is not for you then don't watch but do not hinder someone else...you do not want that blood on your hands.

whom God speaks against N the bible I used 2luv Easter growing up but after God led me 2search I found out N the bible they celebrated passover not Easter it's mention once in the word indicating this was the time of the yr. Notice passover changes it date but Easter is fixed on 1day Bc it's from the pagan catholic holiday. Look it up plz I'm just trying 2open ppl eyes as to how far we've come from the truth God bless
God said in Deut 12:29-32 Don't worship him as the pagans do. U can not find N the bible that they had a praise dance team God had the Levites as singers, transporters, minister, doorkeepers, cleanup crews etc. But never mentions levites as a dance team seams like David being 1 who danced B4 God would have known to have such a team. And he didn't say come watch me minister N dance @ the Temple @ 4 O'clock 2day Bc this would have been a show when he did it he broke out & did it. It was not planed

Scribes N slates were not for worship either. they were for record keeping and handing down info such as this. Cow Dung was not used N worship but it was in the bible. Plz don't get cute this is not a play thing. U can not add to God's worship cut N dry.
@SINGUNTO My piont is that everthing single minute detail is not written in the Bible. Outward Worship is a personal expression and as individual as the individual. The only critera is "spirit and truth". ALL things were made by Him and for Him. Dance was created by God and is being returned to it's proper place in worship. The creative arts do not belong to Satan to tickle the flesh but to give a visual reminder to everyone who He is and what He has done for us all...and that is Very Good!

@SINGUNTO Praise dancing is a wepeon of praise...if you remember your bible David offered up a dance of praise to God. To you its a show but for many it is a way to reach souls for Christ and He is the ONLY one who matters. It matters how God receives our praise.
even if the Pastor responded to you Singunto, you would still have your opinion, to which you are entitled. If you really want to know about the dance, then look it up and study it for yourself. there are plenty of resources online. you just want to argue.
The first Song is call "Via Dolorosa" by Sandy Patti. the second song is "We Shall Behold Him". Also by Sandi Patti, but Vicki Winans does a version also. Our Soloist was Ericka Platt.
And both songs performed by our very own First Baptist Church of Highland Park Mass Choir for Easter Sunday.
