This is an excellent video, with Tony Kosinec of Bnei Baruch, reading the wise words of Rav Yehuda Ashlag (Baal HaSulam). However, the title is a complete misnomer, surrounding lights have absolutely nothing to do spirit guides. Spiritualism is considered as a form of idol-worship by Kabbalists.

it sounds good and all but remember even the demons can appear as angels of light because they once were but now are false. While we are in our human state of existence it is nearly impossible to decipher what spirit is of God or not so before you allow any spirit around you you should always test it with the name of Jesus.

@tentontoby true dat man but what makes this experience unique is that the fall happened which created a scenario where a number of beings could still be real in terms of their existence but not true in terms of serving the creator. They tried to be more than God which separated them from God. I believe this so strongly because I have experienced their presence and let me tell you it is nothing good and only the name of Jesus can overcome them.

Therefore, she does not receive the Light from Above within her desire to receive pleasure. Instead, she receives the Light only in Ohr Hozer (Returning Light), when she refuses to use her egoism. This occurs in the following way: first,

Ohr Yashar (direct Light) comes from the Creator to Malchut and wishes to enter her (Malchut feels both the delight and her won desire to receive and enjoy it). Secondly, by wishing to be like the Creator, Malchut repels the Light (prohibis herself from receiving the delight). This renunciation of egoistic pleasure is called Ohr Hozer (returning Light), because Malchut repels the Light (pleasure) from her. Thirdly, after Malchut has created Ohr Hozer, she begins to receive Ohr Yashar in it

Therefore, a circle implies that the Light shines completely unrestrictedly in every place and to the same extent, so there can be no change in its radiance. A square or a rectangle indicates restrictions, which create differences between the sides: right and left, top and bottom. Hence, the head has a round shape with regard to the rectangular shape of the body, for the Rosh (head) is free of restrictions, but VAK (body) are not.

Give thanks Nanci!! for the lovely comment that gets the discussion going! I have been meditating with the intent of essense contact, and now that Kabbalaistic studies has explained the science of it to me, I've not only met myself, but numerous family members as well! Such validation and proof of the Supreme Love that never ceases to embrace us and fill us with the Purest of Joyful Pleasure :)
