@madhacker2000 I was like 7 or 8 playing it my first time. Got to lavos and kept dieing and didn't fully grasp the story at that age. I recently got it and beat it. it was a lot of fun as it was before. Do you have any proof of that accomplishment? Just saying.

@Tarutaru0 The only proof i have (aside from the cartridge) is how i did it. When you start a new game there's a "New Game +" option after you beat the game, you start a new game with all your levels and items/weapons except for a few story items like the Masamune which you need to find/forge again. Now in this game when you go to the teleporter in Leene square, the side you warp to on has a twinkle on it. Activate it to go straight to Lavos. I beat Lavos right after getting Luca and Frog. 15min

I agree completely. I love all of Brent's videos, but this song is the dearest to me because of my huge fandom with Les Miz. Brent's immitation of Colm is exceptional.

I think I actually prefer the unanimated version though. The images of Colm singing spliced throughout the song really made me think that I was actually watching him sing it. The captures of Colm's signature emotive style make the song all the more priceless.

"Warts and All" is actually the title of a song (sung by a frog, no less) in another musical, hahha. (If you ever have free time, look up "Honk the musical")

Well, his voice is a Colm Wilkinson-impression (Colm Wilkinson who played Valjean on Broadway) and 24601 was Valjean's prison number.

And no, the melody itself is not from Les Misérables. It's from Chrono Trigger, and it's Frog's theme. I hope that helped. =)
