I hate to disappoint you, but that has nothing to do with a hydro tower crane. That my friend, is a static mount electric tower crane.

winnipeg is a cool city. it's just as interesting as detroit but unlike detroit it is growing and the economy is alot better. comparing the two cities doesn't make sense and he's probably never been there. anyway, people like him are the problem with winnipeg.
