Everything Dr. Perricone says is true. It's one of those rare, true things. Also, his cream is brilliant. But I buy the cheaper version through Amazon. You have to read his books to fully understand why. I do everything he says, and everything he says about age reversal turned out to be true. The only thing is it took three to six months to see a dramatic difference. Every month after that, you will see a huge difference. I love this man.
