Being evil is wayy wayy to easy, to become 100% evil and corrupt you just raise the rent 100% and kill a town full of people i can do it in 10 mins, but it actually takes skill and time to become good.

You can get read of scars by sleeping in some particular beds like the one in Fairfax. You can also get red of the blue scars as well by decreasing your will levels.
