If a man doesn't get it on the inside, then no technique is really going to work for him. And if a man does get it on the inside, then techniques won't reallly matter. Another thing you will notice about this made-for-mass-consumption show is that they never refute that PUA works. Instead, they reframe the debate with the BS idea that "yes, PUA works, but is it fair?". Seriously, the producers of Dr. Phil know that PUA doesn't work, and so do the women. Women would rather make men think it may work rather than tell them that American women are impossible bitches, and that the only way to meet real quality women is overseas. These guys are losers. All of them.
The whole PUA industry is a scam. It's not all about game and confidence. Women know within the first 5 seconds whether or not they want to be with you. The other times they talk to you, you're just getting an audition.

So, I would think of it as whether you want the typical guy that watches football and barely notices you're alive, vs the type of guys that love women so much that they devote this amount of money and time to being good enough to get a gal. Another thing you will notice about this made-for-mass-consumption show is that they never refute that PUA works. Instead, they reframe the debate with the BS idea that "yes, PUA works, but is it fair?". Seriously, the producers of Dr. Phil know that PUA doesn't work, and so do the women. Women would rather make men think it may work rather than tell them that American women are impossible bitches, and that the only way to meet real quality women is overseas. These guys are losers. The whole PUA industry is a scam. It's not all about game and confidence. Women know within the first 5 seconds whether or not they want to be with you. The other times they talk to you, you're just getting an audition.
The only way that seems consistent for American men to meet and date women is the overseas route. American women get hysterical when you point this out, which all the more proves how threateded they feel they the apple cart is turned against them.

In Portugal i hear this all the time, but in practice PUA tactics and a solid self image get girls everywhere. And on the other almost all the PUA material is available online, if your down with self teaching. I'm a self taugh rAFC and i'm having 200% more results that before. Maybe it's all my good looks :P

My advice, whether you are asking for it or not (and I'm sorry if you aren't) is to not push to make a relationship happen. It will happen on it's own if you and the significant other are close enough :) If someone brushes you off for trying to get to know them, you can either try harder or befriend some one more worth it :)

I was abhorrently against it for many reasons, and I didn't think it was necessary. After being in college I see why some people go through with it. It makes life simpler. Only knew about PUA after watching an episode of the vh1 show my mate had.I was way sceptical and thought all you really needed was straight out confidence, self belief, being in control, funny and a great smile. But I think alot of the techniques can help, whether it's transforming a guy with no skills or helping one fine tune theirs.

The thing is women apply lipstic, makeup, wear certain clothes, wear perfume etc to attract men as you know that will attract our attention first. Agreed that being a PUA is about reinventing yourself but memorizing approaches isn't the end to that. Guys can pull lots of women and still know something is missing. They're still terrified before an approach, they're using scripts forever, etc. What first gave them comfort, becomes a crutch.
There's more to all this than picking up hot women. There's the potential to really elevate your expectations and results in a positive feedback loop that spills over into the rest of your life.

A quick little tip for noobs, from a old noob:
When walking on a sideway or similar where people come against you:
-Look at the girl with a quick confident look until she sees you. (No need for the long alpha stare)
-Now look to the side and move your eyes up and to the upper side raising your eyebrows and smile again(aka nonchalant look),
-Now look at the girl which is probably starting at you with a red cheeks.
You get? Confidence bonus! Do it a couple of times and realize girls love ya.

These guys may be manipulative, and use cheats, and be dishonest and what not.

For me, coming from the heart feels more natural. Imagine. Telling a woman EXACTLY how you TRULY feel, and leading her ask questions like "Oh my God, who are you?" The best reward is many woman will feel content and joyful around you because you gave witness to her strenth, not her faults. Stephane Hemon is a good teacher in this area.

The part that cracks me up the most is the women who say "This won't work on me". This is proof that women are not smarter than men.

Out of the hardest cats in my city I can name about 12 instances where a woman either caused life in jail for 1 and witness protection for the other. I've seen dealers with 3oz of flake, weep like babies over a woman. I've see women TRY to rat out their husbands on divorce.

It's cool that these techniques can work on Western women, but I guess my question is isn't a lot funnier and quite a bit easier to just a get passport and go meet Asian and Eastern European women who wont make you jump through all these hoops?
