@MrThenumbernine Have you read the Book of Abramelin? I can`t agree with you more that all magic is an abomination, it is called "sorcery". The magic that is in the Book of Abramelin , Abraham urges never to use for an evil purpose, only for good and righteousness. Of course the book is really useful for drawing closer to God, the Lord, Adaonai. Everything else will be given to you, just by being a devout believer.

For me the squares are a means of connecting with the inner-self. When using the squares, in my mind I make the simple request for peace, happiness and inner wisdom. I was unable to perform the operation in book 3, so to get around this problem, I looked at the squares given only by the angels, then narrowed it down to chapters 1,10 and 18. I use 1 and 10 for self- development and 18 for healing people. So everything I need will be in those 3 chapters.

Abra-Melin is a great text for the right hand path. Yet the Left Hand Path is not so well set as each must forge there own path. Better to be true and burn than to submit and be false.

Interesting. Right-Left, sounds like a march. I favor pious paths to the mysteries, particularly one based on ENKI, Our Father, who is called ADNI in Abramelin's prayers. Merodach Marduk emphasizes prayer as a means of attainment versus other "lesser magics" - via purification, dedication and invocation, all of the magicks of the world are possible without some bizzare sigil magick, square or even ritual of candle, incense, such and such - but most are not *there* yet... Thanks!

my interests in the Abramelin system is primarily focused on the "initiatory" process because it is my belief that a pious approach to holy magick is far superior to "grimoire" orientations available. I am not as concerned with the spirits and squares. By following the 'right way' in self-honesty and by making note of the synchronicities and symbols presented to you, magick unfolds quite well. As far as females, certainly, i dont dispute that power. Its just not overtly apparent in the system.

I feel that sometimes these texts are just long the way to real magic out there,and are written by some shady characters making preposterous claims to control masterful demons/extraterrestrial somewhere in the Ether. This brainwashes the eager apprentice into believing we are more powerful than things that lie beyond our dimension. I will say I am partial to the techniques of Austin Osman Spare. His ideas are somewhat obtainable in real-time and not difficult to comprehend in this dimension.

Are the annunaki enemies of Yahweh?
