@RawBajan - how on earth can you eat raw conkies! Do you not know that the natural juices with in your stomach is designed to break down foods? If your serving raw ground vegetables you could be heading for trouble. As there will be an excess of acids within your guts that will have no where to go but to burn you over a period of time. You may not feel it now but you will do when you get old. Anything ground foods like pumpkin etc needs to be cooked
Never use green Bell Peppers. Green is unripe or unmatured . The nutrients have not developed yet, they taste bitter and they are very acidic. Red to Yellow are just great; they taste sweet and are very healthy foods.
Also watch the amount of carrots you take in, They are an extremely hybridized food, full of fast burning sugars and starches, I usually use Yams in place of Carrots.
Oh, I didn't know this. I am knew to raw food living and periodically juice carrots. I had no idea they were extremely hybridized. Where can I get more information about this and other hybridized veggies? Thanks for sharing
If you search for Dr Sebi lectures on youtube, you can learn more about hybridized foods. He focuses on healing from the point of electric cell energy.
A guru in his own right I personally believe. He is aware of the raw food movement, but does not adhere to a strict 100% raw vegan diet.
I would ask that you put together a program focusing on your niche.
I really believe that such knowledge and information is needed in the current climate.
I look forward to watching more detailed videos so that people can derive the true value from your message and expertise.. Please do put together more of these and soon..
