Awwww !!! that's soooo adorable!! is he a quiet bird? ..... Would you say they are ok to have in a semi detached home.... duplex?

They're probably about the quietest 'large' bird you can have in an apartment. He's mostly quiet except for talking, etc. He does make a growling/low screaming noise if he sees something upsetting...but not often
