  • Hi,

I love your vids. Very nice :)

Where did you get that Brush Strip ? Been looking for it on ebay..

  • Can I tell mach 3 what end mill I am using because I would like to use mine for cutting outlines designs on plastic but also for pecking thanks

  • Clever! The way I made mine is very similar, but I have a cut through the middle crossing through both holes (2 halves). Then I run a bolt between both holes, all the way through the middle on the horizontal plane that clamps everything into place...essentially pinching the spindle and the hose at one time. Post a link here to where you got the bristles. I need new ones.

  • Your vids are always great, informative, if not adventurous. How'd you get the vacuum hose to fit snug in its hole in the dust hood, was it a slight taper or slightly undersized hole?

  • @togaida Thanks! The hole was 2.25 inches and the hose from the dustcollector is tapered being 2.25 at the mid point so it makes a great fit. Thanks for your comment. and take care.

  • Cool vid! Yeah, definitely get yourself a nice piece of polycarb for that, it will look sweet.

It almost seems to me that depending on what you're cutting, the dust and/or chips could get stuck in those bristles, which could be a pain to clean out. That said, at the moment I can't think of a very viable alternative. :P

  • Hi,

What do you call the cut just prior to the main cut. It looks like some type of ramp or spiral.

  • @rodjava That’s a circular lead in. It’s just a different way to lead into the main cut.

  • wow so fast and smowe !
