Yep. It was Ducati's fist postwar product. It wasn't developed by them, but this little clip-on engine was the beginning of what would become the most successful Italian motorcycle marque.

This engine is very unique among bicycle engines. Not only is it four-stroke, but its valvetrain pulls the valves open rather than pushing them open.
