ive done research on this and other related topics for USA and surrounding countries. Though Canada has tougher restrictions you still need to be careful. Large chain companies are over throughing small farms and changing the healthiest ways to produce really anything for cheaper. Its rediculous! So it really doesnt matter which country u live in people need to do research and know which products to buy. Really buying at a local farmer's market is ALWAYS best!
swiss and dutch milk is a way better. the cows really live outside, eating grass and breathing air... but, anyway milk is not good. nothing that comes from animals can be good to us
@Mizukihashbrown if you think about it for a moment, instead of reposting something you read off the internet, or off of Calvin and Hobbes, you'd get the answer pretty quickly.
@Mizukihashbrown ok, well here's your answer. a guy sees a calf drinking out of the udder, and knowing that it will grow he figured that the liquid would not harm him, so he tries it out and bam, you have milk. Plus, we were breast fed as babies so it's all the same exact stuff. the guy who thought of this was very logical.
What I want to know is, what exactly is the difference between the "chocolate dairy beverage" stuff that has been taking over the shelf space previously occupied by "chocolate milk". All I know is, I'm not buying the former, but I'll buy the latter occasionally.
CANADA is the most amazing country in the world. Nicest people, culture, healthy, beautiful, peaceful, friendly, good education, HEALTH CARE and on and on.

yep another patriot, there is bad milk in Canada, what do you think? that its somekind of wondefull land were evrything is great? No! Cochrane's Dairy has been operating out of Russell since the early 1930s and also delivers milk -- purchased from local dairy farms They been Ottawa's milk provider for four generations, and remains in the traditional glass bottle.
I worked at Costco for 14 years and talked with a woman who worked for one of the largest dairy producers in BC, Canada, Dairyland, who told me that they put formaldehyde in the milk to get a longer shelf life out of the milk. She worked there for over 20 years and said it was common knowledge among plant workers and that it was administered by them to the milk vats for distribution. local dairies are not so desperate and treat our health better.
I been to Canada 3 times. Once in Winsdor, Ontario and I've been to Vancouver twice. I liked how the winter Olympics were there. I live in Central Standard time so I was able to watch live coverage. Unlike with Bejing. London is six hours ahead of me so I'm hoping to see the summer Olympics.
Nice story, but it's silly to drink the cows milk and then say that thanks to the milk you drink, you're better at producing milk than the cow, so is Canada's sucking off the national security it gets from Uncle Sam and then saying it's a better country. There's a reason other than weather why 90% of Canada is sucked up to the US border. Sorry, I'm a little cranky...I haven't had my chemical laden first cup of US Certified milk this morning. It's abooot time you get over yourself, eh?
You add Vitamin A and synthetic Vitamin D3... after destructive processing removes the naturally occurring sources of Vitamin A and D, and you're calling that milk ?
