Do y'all really know what sovereignty means? There is a difference between succession and sovereignty. In secession you withdraw sovereignty is one that exercises supreme authority within a limited sphere. He was not well at least in this press conference trying to get Texas to secede from the U.S he was affirming this states sovereignty of all powers not given to the US by the Supreme Law of the Land the U.S Constitution under the 10th amendment

Hey- any nascent political movement is just like surfing: when you 1st catch a wave it moves slowly and it builds. After a while it it REALLY grows and moves fast. This wave won't hit the beach until 2012...but a lot of people are gonna get soaked in 2010.
