i've broken my wrist at least 3 times!
2 times on the right, and one time on the left!
one good hint is to use your interior elbow to hold things... like opening a beer!
it worked for me!
taking baths sucks worse than all that... it hurts like hell

i fould out i actually broke my arm!!!
