Well I watched the first part of this episode in English Sub and Dub and I have to say The Sub version is much better in voice acting as is usual for most older anime's and sometimes just in general. The English voices don't suit the characters as well and the mouth movements get annoying.

Personally I think she did a great job on both.

I didn't really take much interest in Ranma½ until sometime when I was bored and decided to watch a couple episode starting from episode 1 back in August 2010 just to see what everyone was talking about

Now, I'm currently on episode 114 (and still going) and this series is definitely one of the best I've ever seen... EVER :D

Also a lot of interesting characters only show up for maybe 5 eps in the whole thing. Plus, the silent moments within Ranma where theres no music put the show above most others in it's time and currently.

But I prefer explosive action that's sci-fi, but not too sci-fi. I take Ranma more as a humor anime, whereas Inuyasha has some humor but is also a bit more serious. I also like Dragonball and Dragonball Z, because of the huge action within it.

The Japanese voice actor for L plays L in the live action of Death Note =D. I'm guessing that's who you're talking about...if not I'm sorry XD.
