I think , believe, and know without doubt God was with Brother Allen. Anyone who don't like this sermon is just not in the truth. Any man that speaks against the word of God is just full of the devil his own self. It is all hear say about what is said about Brother Allen. Those of us that have studied his life know the truth. Praise the Lord AA Allen through his teachings on Tape and CD got me out of a cult..the word of God was with him and changed my life..I started to see things and question my preacher who was double minded he liked AA Allen but told me not to listen to him...mean while his sermon where watered down AA Allen sermons and he had books on Allan and Shamback...

I think Bro. Allen was one of the few who truly had deep faith, especially for miracles. I knew people who knew him, plus someone I knew, went to Bible college with A.A.'s grandson, who was very Godly and different from the other students. My extensive research leads me to believe that every aspect of the alcoholism was fabricated by envious "pastors", to try to harm Allen's ministry. Would-be pastors, and hypocrites must cease, so that we can all have more people like Allen and pure ministers.

That worked for awhile, until we realized that it offended certain people, (a group formerly known as "sinners,") when we brought up words like "sin." So, from what I've heard in charismatic circles lately, sounds like we've condensed this sermon down to a very positive sermonette entitled: "Go,"

The man that was in the car with A.A. Allen when he was pulled over by the police for driving drunk,said they had stopped to get a glass of milk on the way to preach a sermon.He said that all the preachers that were out to get Allen for not haveing the services in their churchs, so they could share in the proceeds, just happen to show up to watch Allen get arrested...gose to show that those who are really God's disciples and preach against sin will have enemies even among so-called christians.

A.A. Allen was a great man of God. I've heard this same story, and my pastor has heard this story too. It's so sad what they did to him. My pastor had the privelege of being in one of his tent revivals, and said you could feel the power of God raise the hair on your arm when you walked in under that tent. We need more preachers like him today. I read a book A.A. Allen wrote about how he got this kind of power with God, it's an awesome book.

I do not excuse sin, even from good evangelists, but my research seems to indicate that he was innocent and that the whole thing was due to the envious pastors, knowing that they would no longer get any offerings from Bro Allen's campaigns. I can't stand when pastors think they have a right to a percentage of the offering. If they trusted God, their needs would be met.

Allen had been a drunk from the time he was a small boy. That accounts for the liver failure. To say that he died as a result of drinking and drug use is a real stretch considering there was not a finding of "acute acute alcoholism," as some claim in his autopsy...none. That's a fact!

Amen! Only the Word of God matters. What we often see is not necessarily the truth. The Bible says in Revelation that the Books will be opened and we will be judged according to what is written in those books. The Bible is a library of books.
