Hello compelling tv, thanks for the video! I couldn't use any intro making softwares because I didn't get them. I'm really familiar with PowerPoint so this was eaisier for me. My intro is very amatureish. It will be finished and posted tommorow! Thank you for all of your help!

Nice job, I had no idea you could do this with Power Point out of all programs! I'm new at designing really anything, and the programs that run through my mind are: PhotoShop and Sony Vegas. I haven't watched the full video yet, but what's 15 minutes of my time :)

never mind i fixed it disregard my last comment it gave me the options, "move here" and "copy here" click the first option then right click again for anyone else who has this problem

all the vectors save as .zip files but i used 7-zip and opened the file found an eps inside the zipped file and dragged on to power point when i right click the power point program does not give me the options you get? Was it just too good to be true

@compellingtv One can also see if the webcam that came with their computer has a "desktop share" option. On my dell laptop, the webbcam has a button that says "desktop" share, which allows me to record whatever is on my desktop, kinda like Camtasia.

@sZBeat Yep, but you lose framerate fidelity through Camtasia. Equally, Powerpoint itself can't handle complex effects very well but renders them to video just fine. Lastly, only Powerpoint 2010 has translucent effects - much nicer on the eye

@Roronnyrose Haven't got a mac, so can't tell you. A cursory search of the interwebs didn't reveal much in the way of evidence either. My suggestion? Load it up, click help, look for "create video"

@Stoja987 I'm assuming the image is vector? If you can't ungroup it in powerpoint you might need to work on it in a vector illustration package such as illustrator, or try a different image file
