  • crazy lady!

  • @realAmerican1969 How can she be crazy? Did she bite your butt? She must have, huh? Hahahahahaaaaaaaaaaa.... She's a true American - a truly dedicated one. She's a great governor.

Obama doesn't know what he's doing. I want a new President of the United States right now!

  • @2cute2toot whether you agree with President Obama or not, all you have to do is listen to her own words to know she is crazy. You can be dedicated and still be wrong. As far as being a true American I would suggest you invesatigate the prison system in your state and it's highly questionable profits and connections to your great governer. Always look at the facts you can't defend what you do not know.

  • No they haven't. They been balancing their budgets on Obamas dime and then blamin him for running up the debt!

Brewer is the problem. Arizona is the new Mississippi.

  • @chwparker Your an evil fucker too if you believe in her methods, read a bible and pray for her and yourself. Nations best interest? WTF kinda father beat your ass up as a child?

  • BOYCOTT TUCSON AZ THEY KILLED MY DOG SUKI ON 1/5/2011

R.I.P. SUKI , WE MISS AND LOVE YOU!!

  • @BOYCOTTTUCSONAZ Please explain?

  • @pimakilledsuki Truthful details please?

  • Go Governor Jan.........Go!!!!!!!! I can barely hear the video even with my volume turned to max so please record at a higher level next time.

  • You go Jan!!!! You're so awesome. Need more folks like you in our the ranks of our elected officials. Wish you were here in Missouri, governing this state. Any chance you'll run for President in two years? Count me in for support. What can I do to help?

  • I support you Gov. Brewer.. here in California, we need someone like you.. Never give up Jan.. Never..

  • @dreaodare How can a state usurp a federal government law that isnt being enforced? That is why Arizona stepped in. To take care of the business that the federal government was ignoring.

  • @fragglefan The myth is that it wasn't being enforced - because it was. Statistics show that the number of illegals being deported has continually increased from 2007 right up to this year. It's a really persistent lie that keeps being retold to keep people fearful, and therefore voting along rhetoric lines rather than by facts - much like the Dems and the Iraq/Afghan war that they were all for but then suddenly reversed on - the facts don't back them up, and the facts don't back up this.

  • @dreaodare Well, if you want to go for the facts, did you know that the law created by Arizona, was actually more lenient then the federal law, and that other than that certain leniency it mirrored the federal law? Also, did you know the Attorney General claimed the law was unconstitutional before he even read it? So if it mirrors federal law and its unconstitutional then wouldnt the federal law also be unconstitutional? Also, a New England state has a similar law and they arent getting attacked

  • @fragglefan You mean Rhode Island? That's an executive order, not a law, and additionally it's not the same. For instance, it doesn't make it a state crime not to carry papers, nor does it compel an officer to question a person's legal status, which the AZ bill does, and is where the sticking point lies. RI has considered passing a similar bill since, but so far as I know haven't actually done so.

It was pretty pitiful when the AG made those statements prior to reading the bill - (continued)

  • @dreaodare I wouldn't expect anything else from Holder. The guy is supremely unqualified for his job.

  • ...prior to read the bill - I believe that Napolitano made the same misstep, saying since she'd veto'd similar bills she had misgivings about this one? Unfortunate, at best, negligent at worst. Even so, they'd read it since, prior to filing the suit.

The unconstitutional nature of our law lies in the compulsion for local law enforcement - we already had the capacity to do this before, and our local police work closely with ICE already to get illegals out. ...dang these character limits.

  • ...already to get illegals out, and doubtless they will continue to do so regardless of the outcome of the suit.

I do think that the challenges from the left of racial profiling are unfounded, and are additionally not a part of the federal suit against us. Not all illegals are Latino, and our local police have recognized that for years, there would be no reason for them to change now. I believe that our local boys would've enforced the law fairly, either way.

  • @dreaodare Well I do agree with you that the racial profiling is unfounded and that the local law enforcement would have done the law justly. I would also like to say though that where you say it compels the police to question the legal status...in the AZ bill it says that the police have to have a reasonable suspicion, where in the federal law the police dont even have to have that, they could just flat out ask with no suspicion.

  • @fragglefan I have no problem with the federal law as written, or even enforced. But you illustrate perfectly the issue that the fed is suing over. Under our previous system, our police force had the ability to bring in illegals under reasonable suspicion and turn them over to ICE to determine immigration status. But they had a choice - with the new law they didn't, and additionally the decision to determine someone's status was being made at the state level, rather than federal. Hence the suit.

  • @dreaodare They still have the choice, they are not being forced to report everyone. As you said they can do so if they have a reasonable suspicion that they could be illegal. The federal law says that the police DO NOT have to have reasonable suspicion. The AZ law is the more lenient of the two. Also, as my final point of this convo...why does it matter who enforces it? There is no direct authority given to the fed gov via the US Constitution for this issue, therefore it falls to the states.

  • @dreaodare You haven't seen the Ninth Circuit Appeals procedings on Monday. Judge Bea, read from the statutes to the Government, that the states do not need government permission to request immigration status and the government SHALL reply Immigration Status to the states. The DOJ wants the authority to compell the states to ask permission before every step. This is NOT embodied in the law written by Congress.

  • Go Mrs. Brewer!!! Nappy never did anything for Arizona. Don't ever give up!!! Us Zonies stand behind you!!!

  • dreaodare, LOL you're a fool. Better to keep your mouth shut and let everyone think you are a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

  • dreaodare, your comment is still here after two hours. A great testimony how off the mark you and all other, cultural Marxist, liberal simians and amnesty apologists, are. Get your politically correct rear out of here, already!

  • @Caithleann Color me surprised - we'll see if it makes it through the week. If it does, I'll applaud Brewer's staff for allowing dissenting views - it'll be a rarity amongst some of our more conservative Republicans, but will definitely earn Brewer cred in my book. We'll see, eh? :)

  • whats up with that "racial profiling" anyhow?? that how cops used to solve crimes all the time !!! seems like a nice double standard to me ,anyhow you go Jan ,you sure as hell have our support

  • Yeah, the Border is SAFE all right ... IF you live in Washington with an Army protecting you. You don't see Napolitano living on a ranch near the Border and you don't hear of Obama vacationing in Organ Pipe National Park with his family. Governor Jan Brewer represents the people of Arizona, who DO happen to live here, and ALL of us are grateful!

THANK YOU again Governor Brewer. We can't ALL see the President with you, but ALL of us encourage you ! !

  • BEAR DOWN ARIZONA! We are glad that you went through with SB1070 and are leading the nation in the fight against illegal immigration. USA is tired of the O-bum-uh administration and I hope to see Jan Brewer run for president by the next decade

  • I think Governor Brewer is a little off the mark. She acts surprised that Obama, Holder and their allies have acted unethically. That's the only way they know how to act. Governor Brewer has more integrity in her little finger than the whole Obama administration has in all of their assembled body parts. Of course, it's difficult to have much of anything when a large void constitutes a major portion of a body.

  • Behind you 100%. Laws are made to be obeyed. The federal government has failed to enforce immigration laws based mainly on greed and votes. Thank you for putting our country first and standing up to special interest groups. You are a true "American Patriot". You have millions of people behind you standing strong. USA! USA!

  • We support you Jan. Don't take any crap from Obama. He's muslim. Janet Napolitano just appointed an Islamist as an advisor in our department of Homeland Security. We need to get him out of there.

  • KICK THE COMMUNIST TO THE CURB JAN!

  • I'm sorry Gov. Jan Brewer, I know your running for re-election in Arizona and I'm sure your state populace needs your strong leadership but I think we, these United States of America, need you more in the White House. Please consider running for President and return this great nation back to the Constitution.

  • A true hero that has more Balls than BO and 90% of congress. We love you Jan.

  • Gov Jan Brewer, you will prevail in spite of all the lies the left are spewing! Thank you for standing up for Arizona and not folding to the "kool aid" drinking left.
