Classic! My youngest daughter used to hold a candle stick for a mic and sing to this, this and Darlin' by Long John Baldry had great music taste for a tot. : )
@mooncrsher I have a LADY UROLOGIST and I love it that way AND I also love this song. You're right about the homogenized music of today. The NERDS and GEEKS have to put all their TECHNO GOODIES in there. Like putting your fuel pump in the gas tank STUPID HUH ?
@mooncrsher GOTCHA,!!,,,hey that's an oldie also by JOE TEX. You must love to read the comments like I do. I was in radio for many years (9 stations) so naturally I love the oldies. Especially the R&B,,Soul stuff,,,Like country music,,IT WILL LAST. I once had a program director jump all over me for playing a FLAMINGOS oldie. After all these years when PBS started doing all them oldies shows,,I wonder if he's still around to see that none of those acts are the BUBBLE GUM stuff that he loved.
