The settlers of Catan is a nice classic or the game of life, but i hate Risk, because I never know where to put my troops and it includes way to much decisions.

One of the newer games I like is Keltis, I got it from my sister, because it was an award winning game and it really deserves it, because the chances of winning stay unforseeable till the end...

For beeing goofy I like Activity or Taboo and for the creepy touch Black stories :)

You should totally play QUELF! Its like concentration, taboo, sherades, and crazy dares and games all rolled into one board game. Its kind of the best thing you will ever play. Especially if its with a close group of friends cause this one can get kind of embarrassing when you have to stick all your fingers in your mouth and sing the ABC's till its your next turn lol

Well, I guess in Brazil there are different games, most popular are 'war' which basically is a strategy game and each person commands 'soldiers' around the board too accomplish the mission wrote on a card..There're monopoly, detective and The life game, this last one is really cool, sometimes one round lasts more than one day! seriously! hahahah I already played it with my friends for three days !(not continuously of course)

Its really annoying as I have so many amazing board games I wanna play...but my freinds just dont seem to have that drive to play them seriously (oviously whilst laughing constantly) then the people on Youtube. Some of my favourites include Disney Trivia and Uno Extreme. YES! LOOK AT UNO EXTREME YOU WILL LOVE IT! Shadows Over Camelot is my favorite board game. The players take over the roles of the knights of the Round Table in that game, and you have to work together to succeed over the powers of evil! It's very fun because you get to work together as a team...but someone might be a traitor who wants the evil to win. Everyone should try it!

Bohnanza is amother good game. It's a strategic card game in which you have to plant and harvest beans in order to make money.

I love Boxers or Briefs. It's pretty much like apples to apples, but you try to find cards that apply to the person. They award you tokens on which is the truest and which is the most funny. I also really like Curses. You get curse cards (like having to clench your teeth when you talk, slapping yourself in the face when you draw a card, say "that sounds delicious!" whenever someone talks about food, for a few examples) and trying to manage all of the curses you get at once. I recommend both!

Also MASTERPIECE.

Its a board game about auctioneering Paintings and its quite old.

But its hilarious fun to play. You have to sell as many paintings and raise your money as high as you can. Each painting has a card randomly selected to it which states it value, but no one knows the value and they change every time. Sometimes it can be a forgery and you end up spending loads on it etc.

Great fun, me and my brothers played it on holiday. :P Then we got back and bought it of ebay. lol.

My brother made a 'Lazonopoly' which was basically our village name mixed in with Monopoly. He changed it so you were a certain character or well known person from our village. In the game we had to be that person and if you called someone else by their real name instead of their board game name you had to put a pound into the parking money thing. :P

I love board games, always so much fun!

My favourite has to be monopoly, I could play it for hours! But only with the right people, who use the real rules, because then it usually doesn't take longer than 2 hours, it becomes really tense and exciting and the negotiating is just brilliant.

At one monopoly night we played 3 games in one night, and at about 4am one girl actually produced tears when she landed on a really expensive hotel xD
