  • hey thanks for the vid really helped with my college assingment and you wouldnt happen to know how to get the charge in a series circuit with the voltage a total resistance in series??

  • @lukeBishopp glad to help! sorry i don't understand your question, what do you mean by charge in a series circuit?? thanks for watching

  • Thanks dude, you helped me a lot with my electronics homework :)

  • @missjessiebarry no problem! glad to help! thanks for watching

  • thank you very much friend :)

  • @LegendaryDTO no problem glad to help, thanks for watching!

  • Thanks dude, how do you calculate the capacitance when the C1 and C2 are different?

  • @missjessiebarry no problem. with capacitors i parallel you would just add the values together, and the voltage rating would equal the lowest rated capacitor. in series you use the reciprocal formula, for just 2 capacitors in series it is C1 X C2 / C1 + C2 then that equals the total capacitance and the voltage adds together. For more than 2 in series use reciprocal formual, C1/1 + C2/1 + C3/! = CT/1 then you you flip the final answer, so if you had three that was say 1, 2, 3, then it would...

  • @fnaguitarplayer9 equal 6/1 so it would flip to 1/6 or .167 hope this made sense. thanks for watching
