Couple of suggestions as a professional broadcaster and presenter:

Behind the camera, put up an easel with your topics and bullet points.

Stop saying "uh" so many times. It's distracting and it makes you seem as if you're unfamiliar with the topic. "Uh" is used as a filler word and usually indicates that you're thinking about the topic and creating a response as opposed to just answering.
