  • You're welcome..it feels great inspiring yogans from afar! Tracy

  • I had no idea there was a name for the type of yoga I naturally find myself creating. I practice often at home to Eddie Vedder or Iron and Wine, etc. It becomes a moving meditation and is lovely to watch. Please let me know if you know of anyone teaching this type of yoga in the Seattle area. Thanks for sharing - gorgeous.

  • Thanks for the comment! There really is no trademark name for this style...I just practice this way. Rebecca and I have recently decided to market this style and call it MANDALA YOGA, so stay tuned! Tracy

  • Hi tracy and rebecca, did u guys created this flow yourselves? How is this different from the usual vinyasa yoga that we learn? With the music on, is the yoga rhythm tune in to fit the rhythm of the music? I would love to visit your studio one day.

  • Thank you for your interest. We find music that has just the right beat (not too fast, not too slow) so the music can lead the way. The breath follows the music and the body follows the breath, It becomes a feeling meditation that helps the practitioner convey his/her interpretation of what the music is expressing.

  • Thank you SO much! Tracy

  • Beautiful video!Awesome!

  • What a beautiful flow you did, unfortunately i can't see it without any interuption, it won't flow :).(it is just keep stopping after 3 sec). Would you mind to give me the arrangement flow of your yoga poses?. Thanks

  • Thank you for your thoughtful comment! Unfortunately I cannot write out the entire flow as we are only given so much space for a reply. Perhaps if you viewed it on a computer with a better connection you could see it from start to finish. Good luck! Tracy

  • Since i'm in Indonesia it's quite difficult to get a better connection.Anyway,i'll try my best. Thank you once again.

  • when it starts playing, hit the pause button. Then wait for it to download fully. Then press the play button. That's what I do :-)

    -Andrea

  • Thank you! The song is by Sade. The song is called "Flow" (no pun intended!) and the album is called "Lovers Rock".

  • How amazingly beautiful! Watching the grace of your movements in almost a silhuette kind of setting, foliage moving along in waves behind you, and the reflected luminosity on the floor in front of you truly opens my whole being to accepting the possibilities of human mastery in service of affirming Life. Thank you! Lovely music, too.

  • WOW, thank you! Namaste, Tracy

  • You're making me homesick! : )

I used to take your flow workshops (& classes) when I lived in Chapel Hill 6 years ago. Your grace and sequencing are still beautiful, and inspire me as a Yoga instructor. In fact, I taught one of Tracy's sequences (halasana - navasana - dandasana - pochimottanasana & back, in one smooth loop) just this morning. Keep it up! Warm regards from Erika.

  • Thank you Erika! Namaste, Tracy

  • This is absolutely beautiful! Flowing, relaxing to watch and very inspiring. Thanks for posting. Great video!

  • Thank you for your comment. We teach Rhythmic Flow Workshops at Triangle Yoga every few months. Find some music with a steady beat (not too fast and not too slow)...synch your breath to the beat and then coordinate your movement to the breath.Have fun!
