Okay, stupid question. I've heard even if you don't have the requried video card for the Sims 3, you can still lower the graphics on the game so you can play it. Well like we said in the video: 128 mb for your graphics card is the absolute minimum requirement, but we recommend to have at least 256 mb for a better gaming experience...

@Blackknight1212 Well there aren't really any official recommended or optimized system requirements available for the Sims 3. You could try to do another test with the game-o-meter from YouGamers/Futuremark (just google it). That one seems to test on optimized system requirements as well.

It depends.Mac usually freezes a lot and sometimes it goes so slow.Dell is fast.Unless you have a lot of downloaded games and application .

I am not 100% sure. I have a Radeon 9200, and I was really ticked off when I found out I couldn't run Assassin's Creed or COD 4... however, seeing as Sims 3 requires a pixel shader 2.0 (instead of 3.0) I would think that you could run the game... don't quote me on that though. I don't know for sure.

It will fit on your hard drive, but I do suggest that you delete some other stuff on there to keep some room for other things you might want to install. Your PC will also get slower if your hard drive is nearly full. But if you really need everything on there, then you should just buy a new Hard Drive. You can get a nice 1 TB (That's around a 1000 GB) USB hard drive for about $100 these days.

Hey simparool i found a new software which can anylise if your pc can handle the sims 3 :) just go to google and add on the search button Game-o-meter and click on the first link select the sims 3 game and select game-o-meter and press star :D after it checks its tells you if you have the min requirements :D hope it helped :D
