This was an exciting game, glad Michigan won, but they kept showing this GORGEOUS Notre Dame girl in the stands during the game including right after the game winning touchdown and I felt bad for breaking her heart. What a doll!
These kind of games are the ones I look forward to between the two schools. Once the two programs get back to prominence, these kinds of close games will become that much more epic.

I will remember this game for the rest of my life. I was in New York City wearing my Michigan-Florida Citrus Bowl victory shirt and hat. First I had an amazing street performer sing a song about Michigan to me and then we met some more Michigan fans at the Highline Park in Chelsea. We finally made our way to a bar which turned out to be a huge Irish bar. We sat quietly at first and got louder as the game went on (and more Blue fans walked in). Finally the night culminated in that beautiful TD.

The Rudolph TD that got called back - Cissoko was nailed in the back on a block. No call. No mention of that. Also, on Inside ND football the host and Charlie were complaining that on the last long pass they threw, Warren interfered with Tate, even though it looked like Tate was pulling Warren down. Not sure why Tate didn't get called for taunting going into the endzone holding the ball out and looking at the Michigan players. Lost a lot of respect for Golden Tate on Saturday. Whining all game.
Also, on Odoms catch over the middle on our last drive, slow it down and watch as the ND defender CLEARLY is on Odoms' back while the ball is in the air. Granted he caught the ball, but that wasn't definite until the play ended. A flag clearly should've been thrown.
Also, what about Robinson getting tackled out of bounds? Even the announcer commented on the late hit.

It's funny that you mention number 33, Bobo Cissosko! Obviously, that dude does not have the fundamentals, the technique, nor the speed to be a cornerback. When he wasn't gettin burned by Golden Tate, he was pulling him to the ground, or hooking him around the waist.

While these were the most glaring and unwarranted calls that went in Michigan's favor, there were plenty of other bad calls that strongly suggest this Big Ten officiating crew was completely biased!

I was at this game and I was in the Notre Dame section bc we got tickets from a Notre Dame allum. These annoying Notre Dame fans that were sitting next to me were being so obnoxious. It was such a good feeling when they were sitting their with their heads in their hands after the game. Go Blue!

So how do they make a conclusive call?
Out or not, that didn't cost us the game. But Add in the holding call on the 75 yd pass, non-calls galore on cissoko (sorry but that guy got abused and it would have been worse) and it starts to be quite frustrating.
If UM/ND play 10 times, ND probably wins 8-9 of those.

I have seen multiple news reports that the angles shown by WNDU were NOT accessible to the refs. Yes, they made the right call there and I agree he stepped out, but with what was shown prior, he DEF had not stepped out and it was 100% not conclusive and surely not sure enough to overturn a call on the field.
The point is, the news stated those angles were NOT available. Those were NBC cameras with that angle, it was a ESPN/ABC game. The call should stand.
I don't presume to know whether they do or not, just that the news Articles contradict what you are saying. Saying that those were were NOT available.
I feel like that is probably the truth.
However, you are right that good calls matter, whether it hurts or helps.

No Genius...you have misconstrued my argument. I said that regardless of what camera angle the refs based there call upon, there was not INDISPUTIBLE EVIDENCE to overturn the initial call, which was a Touchdown.
It is not. It's logic. If they don't have that angle, which I'm positive they didn't, then they didn't have an angle that was indisputable. It's simple logic. I hope you are not a lawyer.
A diff angle from WNDU's NBC cameras show they made an excellent call, but did so with different camera angles that were by no means indisputable.

Exactly. It wasn't those calls by the refs, which were good by the way, that beat you. It was not running out the clock, and the inability to stop a true freshman QB from driving down the field that beat you. Just imagine how much better this kid (Forcier) is gonna be in the coming years when he has more weapons around him. Things are gonna get sick.

I watch ohio state videos and notre dame videos and you NEVER see michigan fans goin on there trashin the other team. So why do they do it? I think their jealous that the vest is running a slow and boring offense and nervous there little win streak against michigan might not last that much longer, notre dame had a pretty effecient offense. Michigan has the most alltime wins in college football, they may not have beaten OSU in a while, but theres a lot of teams that michigan can beat that Ohio State cant beat. In the SEC for example Michigan has a winning record. Last year let me see Ohio State get a new coach, that runs a completely different system than the previous coach, with a shit load of freshmen and sophmore, and if they can get a winning season with all that than u can talk shit.

The Rudolph TD that got called back - Cissoko was nailed in the back on a block. No call. No mention of that. Also, on Inside ND football the host and Charlie were complaining that on the last long pass they threw, Warren interfered with Tate, even though it looked like Tate was pulling Warren down. Not sure why Tate didn't get called for taunting going into the endzone holding the ball out and looking at the Michigan players. Lost a lot of respect for Golden Tate on Saturday. Whining all game.

Also, on Odoms catch over the middle on our last drive, slow it down and watch as the ND defender CLEARLY is on Odoms' back while the ball is in the air. Granted he caught the ball, but that wasn't definite until the play ended. A flag clearly should've been thrown.
Also, what about Robinson getting tackled out of bounds? Even the announcer commented on the late hit.

It's funny that you mention number 33, Bobo Cissosko! Obviously, that dude does not have the fundamentals, the technique, nor the speed to be a cornerback. When he wasn't gettin burned by Golden Tate, he was pulling him to the ground, or hooking him around the waist.
Or could it be, that Golden Tate and Michael Floyd are just that good.
I've never seen a cornerback get more skewered out there on the field than Cissoko did.

Second, I'm calling "a spade a spade!" Michigan played a great game no doubt. But the outcome may have been otherwise, had the refs done a better job at doing their job.
At any rate, it was an exciting game, with both programs displaying signs of promise. Time will tell though.

You've also probably never seen a CB cover a guy all day with one arm. Cissoko was unable to lift one of his arms over his before the game because of a stinger from last week. There was some residual nerve damage. Not really that bad a performance when you consider that information.

This game was AWESOME!!!!! So happy to see the players on BOTH sides truly playing for the pride of their programs. I remember how intense, dirty, and passionate these games used to be when I was a kid, THIS WAS ONE OF THOSE GAMES. After all the flux these programs have been dealing with over the past few years, I truly believe both are back on track and ready to dominate just like the old days. I bet both of these teams will be back in the top 15 at the end of the season.

While these were the most glaring and unwarranted calls that went in Michigan's favor, there were plenty of other bad calls that strongly suggest this Big Ten officiating crew was completely biased!

Secondly, Kyle Rudolph scored a touchdown that was called back because "supposedly" Sam Young was holding Michigan's weak ass tackle.

Third, Armondo Allen was hit with a Taunting Penalty that subsequently set Michigan with great field position.

Well "Goge" let me tell you how the game was fixed.
Armondo Allen scored a touchdown in the first half that was negated because he "supposedly" stepped out of bounds.
Even though he did not step out of bounds lets assume he did. The rule is that you need "INIDISPUTABLE EVIDENCE" in order to overturn the call.
Taking every single angle into account, it is far too close to call. In other words, the evidence is NOT "INDISPUTABLE."

The point is, you, me, and the refs did not have that angle during the replay. The refs use the same angles we saw.
So how do they make a conclusive call?
Out or not, that didn't cost us the game. But Add in the holding call on the 75 yd pass, non-calls galore on cissoko (sorry but that guy got abused and it would have been worse) and it starts to be quite frustrating.
If UM/ND play 10 times, ND probably wins 8-9 of those.

I have seen multiple news reports that the angles shown by WNDU were NOT accessible to the refs. Yes, they made the right call there and I agree he stepped out, but with what was shown prior, he DEF had not stepped out and it was 100% not conclusive and surely not sure enough to overturn a call on the field.
The point is, the news stated those angles were NOT available. Those were NBC cameras with that angle, it was a ESPN/ABC game. The call should stand.

A diff angle from WNDU's NBC cameras show they made an excellent call, but did so with different camera angles that were by no means indisputable.
Also, Michigan should be proud of their team. They are arriving sooner than expected and gelling. I like it when Michigan's good. It makes CFB better.

I have Dish Network too. Do you have the DVR? Just keep plating with the pause and play buttons the first drive of the game. Soon enough, you'll be listening to Frank and Jim in sync with the TV. Mine's usually 23 seconds behind cuz I stream it through my computer from MGoBlue. Can't watch a game now without it.

I did laugh really hard when the refs ran in the tunnel really fast but it wasnt fixed. also EVERYTIME a ND player would be like that was a penalty, the ref threw the yellow flag, not to mention they threw it late in favor of notre dame. so tell me how was it fixed? if anything Notre Dame benifited from the refs!!!
