Ghana is not doing as great as it could be doing, this is just Accra.

Most African countries only have ONE very developed city, and the rest are rubbish. Accra is that one city. And that's what starts the ethnic fighting.

For progress' sake, African nations NEED to invest in establishing a network of well equally developed cities amongst all regions and tribes and not ONE "jewel".
