@PedrofromHell BF2 is set in nearly 1995 years and the F35B was designed for the U.S.M.C. and then came the F35C an improved version on some points, if im right the F35A was the first one and then was replaced by the F35B wich have an upgraded air-to-air combat capabilities and stability while the F35C was designed for air-to-ground attacks but not exactly the same way as the A-10 :)
That's actually on high detail, the video is just compressed. Also the lag is due to fraps recording large uncompressed videos and judging from what I saw on your profile - nothing you don't have a system that can run it.
