  • i wish i could have found this!

  • Very nice find. Its always cool when people find a piece of history and actually do something about it. I know so many people that have just walked past things like that. Great Job.

  • @BBCTURBO11 Thanks very much it sure turned out great..

  • Wow!!! That a beautiful find.

  • Wow beautiful resto, but why haven't you put on the photo's of this` labor intensive process that's have the fun pinched fingers' broken knuckles, swearing, ghosted previous owners and inlaws trying to get there hands on this beautiful tractor.

  • i like the fact u dont just leave it there to rot

  • nice fixn up except the modern logo.

  • @PrimeTargetSecurity what mean modern logo. that is the right logo!

  • @Jrcaseman used like a decal not paint

  • @Jrcaseman he means used like a decal not paint

  • its a tractor

  • What song is that?

  • i wonder how many more of these are lying in fields or barns, just waiting to be found and restored!

  • Me and my grandapa took a trackter that was left like that. but it was in someones yard. he wants to fix it up and use it

  • why are all the ass holes giving him a hard time about where and how he got the tractor? even though he paid for it if I saw a tractor stuck under an fallen down barn I would take it just because who even left it like that is a dip shit. And diarmaid98, your just pissed that you didnt find it first and you have been looking for that same tractor for like 10 years, lay off.

  • That's Awesome

  • the one you restored the 3 wheeler where did you get that? and what happened to the 4 wheeler you got out of the barn?

  • ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

  • i love how people post comments and don't read what's already been said. he said that he bought this tractor for big money. and i agree you don't just take things in KY. i'm in PA and the same thing would happen here if you tried to steal something.

  • I love how people just take something with out asking or finding who the owner is.

  • So when u found that tractor did u also try and find the owner????? To ask be for u took it off his property?????

  • @99wolfs I see you never read all to this tractor yes we bought and paid big money for this tractor .You don't just take stuff here in KY you will get shoot for that Buddy.

  • awesome i wish more people would do something like this instead of buying new ones

  • nice resto

  • Pretty impressive getting that back. I wonder how many farmers have something similar in their barns; farmers in the UK certainly have loads of old machinery lying around.

  • @Jrcaseman haha fair enough gotta love old tractors i personaly dont like modern 1s haah

  • Yeah I found an old F-20 rusting away beside a shed back 30 years ago

and fixed her up. They made those old iron tractors to last forever.

  • oh mean u fixed it up, this is great to see, old machinery given a new lease on life, some people would have fixed it up and sent it to a museum, not you, great job

  • Now that's cool. what could be better than taking something old like that and giving it a new life again. Nice video and the music works well with it too. I'm restoring an old '49 JD model A. If that tractor could talk it would thank you for rescuing it from that old shed!

  • Nice restoration!

  • nice you turned it into a row crop!

i found an old case in the hills of west virginia! i told my dad to take it and save it but Boo (yes Boo) who owned the property said who ever owned the propery before him owned it and said probly shouldent mess. although he was the one to leave so its there for the taking is what i said! but i could feel my dad didnt feel like another resto at the moment we did 2 1941 9ns before that!

  • WHAT MODEL IS THIS

    - FRED

  • @Jrcaseman Im talking about in the US coz tractors here in England have to be registered with a license plate.

  • was that a hand crank in the front? btw. thats a beutiful tractor

  • Yes 1 of the pictures we had a hand crank in it , before we got the battery and all on it.....Thanks for the comment we have changed it back to the wide front end now and when it warms up will get some more pictures of it..

  • @Jrcaseman Do tractors have to be registerd like cars or trucks????

  • @ROCKSOLID19 not here in the USA...

  • @Jrcaseman hey i read the story of this in the tractor in the hay stack, but in these pics it dosent look like theres any dents or any bad damage from the rollover, were there any

  • @rangerkid777 No he just laid it over no damage from that and non from the old shed down on it..

  • @Jrcaseman wow they dont build them that tough anymore

  • @ROCKSOLID19 no

  • really nice case.

  • really nice, uplifting video. good 4 u 4 passion and patience to renovate it.

  • Hey, 2 things: what's the name of the song and do you have anymore photos of the resto, beautiful job btw

  • it looks like a vac14 with an eagle claw 3 point hitch

  • You'ns saved a fine old piece of iron there, sonny! Thanks!

  • wait, so did you track down the original owner and buy this from him? Or did you just find an old barn and take the tractor?

  • The owner called me and wanted to know if I wanted to buy it..I paid a pretty penny for that tractor. In this part of the country you can and will be shot looking in peoples barns..

  • ok, just wondering

  • what country do you live in

  • Dont remind me...here you get almost shot at and or bitched at for looking at old pieces of junk here....that arent worth any money at all.

  • o,and Dont Forget..they are gonna Fix em up,one of these here days -rollin eyes-

  • Nice looking tractor regardless.

  • I'm new to u tube. There are 84 comments and I wasn't interested in reading all that but I didn't know your story was BURIED in there. I was looking for a lead in story (like on the front end) but didn 't see one, hence my comment.

  • Did I miss something? How did it go from a WIDE front end to a TRIKE front end?

  • Yes you did miss something if you have read all the comment I told we change it to narrow because that wide front end had lots of missing parts but now it is back to wide front again..

  • great job restoring it i love to restor stuff like that too kinda feel its our responsability to save cool stuff like that =3

  • one mans junks another mans treasure great restore job nice tractor good old american iron better then the tractors they build today as far as im concerned good job great video

  • yes we change it to narrow but now it is back wide front orginal..

  • is this the tractor in this video "Unloading 1938 Case Tractor without the sissy ramp" 5/5

  • No this is a Vac-14 Case .The 1 in the video is a 1938RC Case..

  • there is nothing sissy about been safe

  • i probly would have junked it out i have junked a few old tractors out cause in my opinion would have taken to much money to get running again but i usually don't if i see any potenual in it i have saved a 42 farmall h and a 48 allis chalmers c and a 38 allis chalmers b from being scrapped out and i still have them waiting to restore them

  • yah u fixed her

  • As the Aussies would say, "She's a beauty!"

  • well done!

  • Looks like you made a beauty out of it. My Grandpa had a Case tractor on the dairy farm he had back in the time before color TV.

  • Very cool sir.

I would love to have own enough property to actually have a use for this stuff. but oh well, im 15, i got years to save for a farm

  • How do you put a find like this in your name? wasn't it on private property or still in the owners family?

  • The owner sold me this tractor. He called me and told me he had it and wanted to sell it!

  • I was given a 63" Econline 6cyl. van in trade for some work in Ca. the van was from Oregon. When the true owner found out his aunt gave me the van it took over a year to transfer it cause they wanted money for it I offerd 500.00 they wanted 1500, came down to a grand. they hadn't seen it in years luckyly. I still came out on top. plus the lady I got it from wasn't dumb either. she told me to contact the owner for the pink slip that they would just sign it over but greed got in the way.

  • Thank you for caring about your heritage and going to the effort to restore this piece of history. I thorough appreciate it when people go to that much effort to save something that is old. Kudos!

    Cassy
