This was the kick ass jam on the other side of have you seen her. Man we found a way to slow hustle to this. South Bronx in those days we did what we had to do. This jam was on
Maryann Farra & Satin Soul also remade that song for the LP "Never Gonna Leave You" featured a spoken voice made by Barry White. The original version from the LP "Toby".
I never heard this song before. Its pretty cool. Although I have a large RB / disco record collection, I just dont have any Chilites records yet, and all the radio stations around here only play country and rock. (thank God for the internet)
Well, the lime green suits gots to go but the song will always be one of my favorites. So melodic to me. Saw Marshall not long ago. Same sign as I am and very nice and cordial all the time. Had on his black mink and two big talk dudes with him. Saw them too, when they won the talent contest at the Regal Theatre with my big sister. Love these guys and will always miss Eugene (great songwriter) and Squirrel. Peace :D
Nice sweet high school memory from late 1973. How I wish i had a time machine to go back to that year and be with all the people I loved, now gone from this world.
Отличная музыка и голоса!
