@SchlinaSchlawiner96 You can hi-light the bit you want to get rid of by dragging your mouse over the area you want to remove. Then simply press back-space and this will remove any unwanted audio.

The correct way:

1. import the song and the instrumental

2. align the instrumental very close to the song (as close as possible, you need to be viewing the dots)

3. invert the instrumental (or the song).

4. it should turn out good!
