URC require you to pay your installer each and every time you change out a device (e.g. purchase a new DVD player or similar)... which is a bit of a rip of. You can't program the device yourself because URC will not allow you to have the software to program the darn thing. Too bad! It's great if you have a wad of $100 bills in your pocked that you like giving to your installer...
